Meat Filling For Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. sweet Italian sausage
3/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
2 tsp. onion salt
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 c. spaghetti sauce
Preparation
-
Brown meat with Italian seasoning and salt, stirring to break into small pieces.
Drain.
Mix cheese, bread crumbs and spaghetti sauce thoroughly through meat.
Stuff shells same as cheese manicotti.
Makes 14 shells.
