Potato Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cold mashed potatoes
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 oz. unsweetened chocolate
    1 lb. pkg. 10 x sugar
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Melt butter and chocolate together then add to potatoes.
    Add vanilla, mix in 10 x sugar then nuts.
    Spread in an 8 inch square pan (buttered lightly).
    Put in refrigerator to set.
