Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
2 chicken breasts, split and boned
1/4 c. dry white wine
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In heavy, 2-quart saucepan, melt butter. Meanwhile, on piece of waxed paper, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt.
Dip chicken in melted butter.
Roll in crumbs to coat.
