Sweet-Sour Beef 'N Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1/2 c. green pepper
    2 Tbsp. rolled oats
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 medium cabbage
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In a pan, cook hamburger, onions, celery and peppers until brown.
    Drain fat.
    Sprinkle meat mixture with oats, parsley, salt, garlic and pepper.
    Core cabbage and cut into wedges.
    Place on meat.
