Raisin Pineapple Drops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or oleo
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
1 egg
1/2 c. seedless raisins
3/4 c. drained crushed pineapple
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream the butter, sugar and vanilla together until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat well.
Stir in raisins and pineapple. Sift together dry ingredients and add gradually to creamed mixture, stirring until well blended. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 6 dozen.
