Tuna Tomato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 cans tuna, drained
    1 c. canned tomatoes, drained and chopped
    1/2 tsp. salt
    herb seasoned croutons (optional)
Preparation
    Place onions and celery in 2-quart casserole dish in oil. Cook 3 to 4 minutes (until tender).
    Blend in remaining ingredients; top with croutons.
    Cook in oven for 15 to 20 minutes, until heated through.
