Potato Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 c. instant potatoes
1 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 stick soft butter

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients together with hands.
Roll into balls. Place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 10 minutes.
