Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sifted self-rising flour
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. lukewarm buttermilk
1/4 tsp. soda
1 pkg. or cake yeast
1/3 c. shortening
Preparation

Sift flour and sugar.
Dissolve yeast in buttermilk.
Cut shortening into flour mixture, then stir in buttermilk quickly. Knead until smooth and roll very thin.
Cut and place one on top of another.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
