Tayglach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1 pinch of salt
    3/4 tsp. ginger or cinnamon
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. honey
Preparation
    Mix together flour, salt and cinnamon.
    Add egg to form dough. Roll into thin ropes.
    Cut into 1/4-inch long pieces.
    Bring honey to a boil in a small pan.
    Add Tayglach a few at a time. Boil slowly until golden brown, about 15 minutes.
    Spoon into a dish and cool.
    Pour remaining honey over Tayglach when ready to serve.
