Fresh Pear Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped pears
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    2 tsp. soda
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Chop the pears into small pieces.
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Don't add any water to this cake; the pears and oil will give enough moisture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until testing in center.
