Vicki'S Mashed Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes
    1/2 stick butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    garlic salt
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and
    boil
    10 medium size potatoes for 20 minutes. Drain. Beat
    with mixer until smooth.
    Add milk, butter, then cream cheese
    (softened)
    and sour cream.
    Mix, then add salt, pepper and 3 shakes of garlic salt.
    Put in casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0
    for
    45 minutes (covered).
    Men love this dish. Can be made ahead and put in fridge until ready to bake.
