Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. shortening
    6 to 7 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    In medium size bowl, mix flour, salt and shortening until dough forms into small balls (the size of peas).
    Then add water until it forms a a ball.
    Roll out on a floured surface and put into a 9-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
