Key Lime Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
1 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. brown sugar
3 egg yolks
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1/2 c. key lime juice
whip cream (optional)
Preparation

For Crust:
Melt butter and combine with graham cracker crumbs and brown sugar.
Press into a 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 5 minutes.
Beat egg yolk and combine with condensed milk.
Stir well and then add key lime juice and vanilla, stirring until blended.
Pour into pie crust and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Cool completely and refrigerate before serving.
Garnish with whipped cream before serving, if desired.
Yield: 1 (9-inch) pie.
