Buffet Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    several dashes hot pepper sauce
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. half and half milk
    1 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 c. cooked chicken (meat cut from bone in large pieces)
    3 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
    8 oz. thin spaghetti
Preparation
    Melt butter in a medium saucepan; stir in flour, salt, pepper and hot sauce.
    Cook over medium heat for 2 minutes, stirring slowly; add chicken broth (stirring).
    Cook until slightly thickened.
