Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 14 3/4 oz. can red salmon
    1/2 cup milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 cup fresh fine bread crumbs
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    butter
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Add milk, onion, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
    Toss together.
    Add beaten eggs.
    Put in greased loaf pan.
    Dot top with about 1 Tbsp. butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35-45 minutes.
