San Antonio Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
    2 cans beef broth
    1 c. water
    8 oz. mild picante (more or less to taste)
    1 chopped onion
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cumin
    16 oz. stewed tomatoes
    3 chopped carrots
    10 oz. frozen corn
    3 large potatoes, cut in small pieces
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in a large roasting pan and cook 1 hour on stove over medium heat.
