Creamed Potatoes With Parsley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium sized potatoes
    1 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    water
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Peel and cut up potatoes into 1 to 1 1/2-inch chunks.
    Boil until tender; drain off water.
    Add 1 cup or more milk for sauce. Mix flour with water to thicken milk.
    Add butter, salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
