Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 c. chopped squash
    2 or 3 c. chopped bell peppers
    2 c. chopped red sweet peppers or 1 large jar pimentos
    2 1/2 c. vinegar
    1 to 2 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. turmeric
    3/4 tsp. mustard seed
    2 chopped hot peppers
    4 to 5 c. sugar
    4 chopped onions
Preparation
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook fifteen minutes, then put in jars and seal.
