Ingredients

8 qt. tomatoes
5 to 6 medium onions, chopped
4 (4 oz.) cans chili peppers, chopped
2 (10 oz.) jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 Tbsp. cumin
4 Tbsp. salt
6 to 8 green peppers, diced
Preparation

Cook and simmer 1 1/2 hours.
Process 10 minutes when it comes to a boil.
