Filipino Lumpias - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. egg roll wrappers
    2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 medium onion
    2 large pods garlic
    2 to 3 medium carrots
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat; drain and let cool.
    Chop onion and garlic; grate carrots.
    Brown onion and garlic, then add carrots, cooking until crisp-tender.
    Add meat to vegetable mixture.
    Let cool. Separate wrappers and add about 2 tablespoons meat mixture to center of wrapper.
    Roll up; seal with water on edges.
    Deep fry until golden.
    Makes a lot!
    (You can freeze uncooked lumpias.)
