Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. ground beef
12 oz. cottage cheese
12 oz. Ricotta cheese
2 to 3 c. Mozzarella cheese
1 (16 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 (15 oz.) can spinach
1 lb. lasagna noodles
Preparation

Cook noodles according to directions on carton.
Drain.
Brown ground beef and add spaghetti sauce.
Mix Ricotta, cottage cheese and spinach.
In greased 9 x 13-inch dish, layer noodles.
Top with cheese and spinach mixture, then with Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used.
Top with meat and sauce and bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.
