Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe

1/2 lb. pork sausage
6 Tbsp. flour
3 c. milk
salt and pepper
Preparation

Crumble sausage in a large frypan; cook over medium heat until well done.
Sprinkle flour over sausage and fat.
Brown flour and then add milk.
Cook until thickened enough to serve over biscuits.
