Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

1 c. cubed cooked chicken
1 c. frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
1 c. cream of potato soup
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. milk
1 egg
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0. Spray a 9-inch pie plate, then add the chicken, vegetables, soup, pepper and 1/4 cup milk.
In a small mixing bowl, mix the remaining milk, egg and baking mix. Pour over the chicken mixture and bake 30 minutes or until golden brown.
