Hash Browns Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag hash browns
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Place hash browns in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Heat onion, butter, soup and sour cream.
Spread over potatoes.
Sprinkle with cheese. Dot with 1/4 cup melted butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
