Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 to 16 oz. sauerkraut
    1/3 c. Thousand Island dressing
    1 can corned beef or luncheon meat
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss or Muenster cheese, sliced
    1/2 (8 oz.) loaf party rye slices
    1 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch baking dish, stir sauerkraut and its liquid, ginger and dressing. Spread out. Top with a layer of meat.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and place cheese on top of the meat in a single layer. Top with bread, lightly brushed with butter.
    Bake 10 minutes longer or until bread is crisp. Makes 8 servings.
