Cheese And Pasta In A Pot - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 garlic clove, chopped fine
    1 (14 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
    8 oz. shell macaroni
    1 1/2 pt. sour cream
    1/2 lb. Provolone cheese
    1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook and drain hamburger.
    Add onions, garlic, spaghetti sauce, stewed tomatoes and undrained mushrooms.
    Simmer for 20 minutes.
    Cook macaroni, drain and rinse in cold water.
    Pour 1/2 of shells in a deep casserole dish.
    Cover with 1/2 of tomato and meat sauce.
    Spread 1/2 of sour cream over meat mixture.
    Top with Provolone cheese.
    Repeat, ending with the Mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Uncover and bake until cheese melts and browns.
