Green Chili Cornbread - cooking recipe

1 can cream-style corn
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. corn meal
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. soda
1/3 c. oil
1 1/2 c. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation

Chop chilies fine and grate cheese.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Mix together the corn, slightly beaten eggs, oil and milk.
In separate bowl, mix the corn meal, soda and salt together.
Pour 1/2 the cornbread in 9-inch pan, then add chilies and cheese. Pour the rest of the mix over it.
Bake for 45 minutes.
