Squash With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 or 8 small yellow squash
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 Tbsp. finely diced onion
    1 beaten egg
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook squash; drain well and mash.
    Add butter, bouillon cube, onion,
    then beaten egg and sour cream.
    Sprinkle cheese and crumbs on top and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
