Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 can French-style green beans
    1 can white corn
    1 can English peas
    1 can kidney beans, rinsed
    1 onion, cut up
    1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    Boil vinegar, sugar, oil, salt, pepper and water for 30 seconds. Cool and pour over vegetables. Refrigerate overnight.
