Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices rye bread, cubed
    16 oz. can sauerkraut, drained & rinsed
    1 lb. deli sliced corned beef, cut in strips
    1 small bottle Russian dressing
    2 c. shredded swiss cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spread bread cubes in bottom of 9 X 13 pan. Spread sauerkraut over bread cubes; then layer corned beef strips over sauerkraut. Pour dressing over all. Spray aluminum foil with cooking spray & cover dish. Bake 20 minutes. Remove cover, sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered 10 minutes.
