Coffee Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. salt
cherry pie filling or favorite pie filling
1 c. oil
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Spread 1/2 of mixture in 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour one can cherry pie filling over mixture. Spread remaining batter over pie filling.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve warm.
