Quick Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    2 c. sugar, divided
    1 c. milk
    4 c. peaches, pour off juice
Preparation
    Melt butter in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Combine flour, 1 cup sugar and milk.
    Mix well.
    Pour over melted butter; do not stir. Combine peaches and remaining sugar.
    Add 1 tablespoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon cloves and a touch of nutmeg.
    Heat in a pan until it comes to a boil.
    Pour over batter; do not stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 10 servings.
