Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 avocado
    dash of lemon juice
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 bag Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. water
    1 1/2 c. taco chips
    1/2 c. taco sauce
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    1 head lettuce, in bite size pieces
Preparation
    Brown meat and drain.
    Add taco seasoning and water and cook 15 minutes.
    Place lettuce on serving plates; top with onions, tomatoes and cheese.
    Crumble chips on top.
    Pour hamburger and juice over top. Pour avocado mixture over meat and top with taco sauce.
    Garnish with halved black olives.
    Serves 6.
