Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c. oleo, melted
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 eggs
2 c. sifted powdered sugar
3/4 c. oleo or butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, well drained
3 large or 4 medium bananas
1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
1 (4 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained
Preparation

Combine oleo and cracker crumbs.
Pat into bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
Beat eggs on high speed of an electric mixer until light (4 minutes).
Add powdered sugar, softened oleo and vanilla. Beat 5 minutes.
Spread over crumbs; chill 30 minutes.
