Taco Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef, browned and well drained
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes (the ones with the peppers in them)
1 can chopped chile peppers, well drained
4 oz. bottle taco sauce
1 small onion, chopped fine (optional)
Preparation

Mix all together and cook a few minutes.
In a 9 x 13-inch pan, put a layer on the bottom of Doritos or nacho chips.
Next, put meat mixture in and then another layer of chips.
Top with Cheddar cheese (use as much as you like).
Bake 20 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
