Crabmeat Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. crabmeat
    1/2 c. mushrooms
    1 c. milk
    grated American cheese
    1/2 stick butter
    1 c. light cream
    4 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt butter; add flour.
    Add milk and cream; cook until thick. Add cheese,
    crabmeat,
    mushrooms,
    salt and pepper to taste. Pour in casserole dish;
    sprinkle cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and brown.
