Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sausage or bacon
    6 slices white bread
    1 doz. egg
    4 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Cook meat and crumble in bottom of large rectangular pan. Cube bread and put on top of meat.
    Mix thoroughly, eggs, milk and seasonings.
    Pour over bread.
    Cover with cheese.
    Chill 12 to 24 hours.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Makes 10 to 12 servings.
