Corn Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can creamed corn
    1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. milk
    10 slices bacon, broiled and crumbled
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    Ritz crackers, crushed (enough to make a crust in 9-inch pie pan)
Preparation
    In a small bowl, mix the first 5 ingredients.
    Pour melted butter over crushed Ritz crackers.
    Stir until all cracker crumbs are moist with the melted butter.
    Press crumbs around in pan and form crust.
    Pour corn mixture into the crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife inserted into center comes out clean, and top of pie is brown.
    If desired, save 1/4 cup of cracker crumbs for top and dot with butter.
