Raisin-Apple Bread - cooking recipe

2 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 c. raisins
1 egg
1 1/2 c. applesauce
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and baking powder in a bowl; stir.
Add raisins, egg and applesauce; stir until batter is well moistened.
Do not overbeat.
Grease four 5 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pans.
Fill about 2/3 full with batter.
Place in preheated 350\u00b0 oven; bake 45 minutes or until loaves test done. Cool 10 minutes.
Turn bread out of pans to cool completely. Makes 4 small loaves.
