Oven Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
2 lb. potatoes, cut in large chunks
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In large plastic bag, add all ingredients.
Close bag and shake.
Empty into roasting pan and bake 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Bake until brown.
