Lemon C Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c.milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. lemon rind (less by taste)
Preparation
    Mix milk, butter, lemon juice and rind.
    Add eggs, one at a time, mix well.
    Mix sugar, cornmeal, flour and salt.
    Blend into first mixture.
    Place in 9 or 10-inch pie crust.
    Cook 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until toothpick comes out clean.
