Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
2 large onions
4 stalks celery, cut small
4 carrots, grated
1 qt. tomatoes
1 c. water
2 cans tomato paste
dash of oregano
Preparation

Brown meat, onions,
celery
and
carrots
in
oleo.
In large pot put beef
and
vegetables with tomatoes, tomato paste and water.
Add oregano and salt and pepper to taste.
Simmer 1 hour or more.
