Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. grated carrots
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Stir, by hand, all ingredients, except the carrots and pecans. Once mixed, add carrots and pecans.
Line bread pan with aluminum foil and pour mixture in pan.
Bake approximately 1 hour at 350\u00b0 until lightly browned.
Makes 8 to 10 servings.
