Company Beef Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground chuck
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 to 2 onions, sliced
1 to 3 tsp. celery salt to taste
salt
pepper
8 oz. uncooked noodles
3 c. tomato juice
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Cook onions in butter or margarine until transparent. Add chuck and brown. Add celery salt, salt, pepper, uncooked noodles and tomato juice. Simmer until noodles are tender. Do ahead to this point, if desired. Just before serving, stir in sour cream. Serve with green salad and hot breads. Serves 4 to 6.
