Vegetable Appetizers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch mix
    1 c. green or red pepper
    1 c. chopped cauliflower
    1 c. broccoli
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. Cheddar cheese (optional)
    diced tomatoes (optional)
Preparation
    Flatten crescent rolls on cookie sheet.
    Bake until golden brown.
    Mix 3/4 veggies with cream cheese mixed with mayonnaise and Ranch mix.
    Spread on baked dough.
    Top with remaining veggies.
    Garnish with 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese and diced tomatoes, if desired.
    Cut and chill.
