Elaine'S Fresh Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 green onions
3 jalapenos, roasted
1 clove garlic
4 tomatoes, roasted
1/2 bunch cilantro
Preparation

Roast tomato and jalapeno.
(When handling jalapenos, wear rubber gloves.)
Chop all ingredients into small pieces.
When cutting tomatoes, save all juices.
Mix all ingredients together and place into refrigerator before serving.
Make day of serving for best results. For a hotter, spicier salsa, prepare 1 to 3 days ahead of serving.
The longer it sits, the hotter it gets.
