Corn Bread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box corn bread mix (I use Jiffy mix; I've been told Martha White is not as good)
    1 chopped onion
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 large or 2 small tomatoes, diced
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Prepare corn bread mix as it says on package; allow to cool. Crumble corn bread and add onion, bell pepper and tomatoes.
    Toss these ingredients.
    Mix mayonnaise and mustard.
    Pour over corn bread mixture and stir until mayonnaise is mixed in well. Refrigerate and eat.
