Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cooked rice
2 well beaten eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. seedless raisins
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. milk
dash of nutmeg
Preparation

Combine sugar, salt and milk with eggs.
Stir in rice, raisins and vanilla.
Pour into a buttered 1-quart baking dish.
Sprinkle nutmeg on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in a water bath for about 50 minutes.
