Oriental Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. linguine, broken
    4 green onions, sliced
    2 carrots, thinly sliced
    12 cherry tomatoes, halved
    1 lb. fresh broccoli, sliced
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. soy sauce or teriyaki
    1/2 clove garlic, minced
    1/8 c. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Preparation
    Cook linguine according to package. Drain and rinse in cold water; drain.
    Add vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients in a jar; cover tightly.
    Shake vigorously.
    Pour over salad and toss gently to coat. Serve immediately.
    Yields 8 servings. Easily doubled.
