Shrimp Curry Indienne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 3 lb. shrimp, shelled and deveined
    5 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 small onion, minced
    2 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
    2 c. milk
    1 c. chicken broth (Campbell's)
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    6 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    In 4-quart saucepan, heat 3 inches of water to boiling.
    Add shrimp; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
    Reduce to low heat and cook 1 minute or until shrimp turns pink.
    Drain.
